Terms:

Freight:
Prepaid for all orders over $300.00 in continental U.S.
Minimum Order:
No minimum order, but all orders under $50.00 will incur a $7.00 service charge.
Special Orders:
Tools for Trades will be more than happy to special order any items/products not
found in our catalog, i.e., parts, accessories, power tools, etc. Freight charges will be
added to your order under certain circumstances. No returns will be accepted back
on special orders.
Returned Products:
Defective products may be returned for credit, providing our manufacturer issues a
credit to us. A return authorization number must accompany returned products.
Products ordered incorrectly must be shipped back within 30 days. There will be a
15% restocking fee charged for products ordered incorrectly. Freight damages and
any discrepancies in your order must be reported within 48 hours.

We offer the lowest possible prices and reserve the right to change prices without
notice.
Back Orders:
Unless advised otherwise, Tools for Trades will ship all back orders as products
become available. Back orders will be shipped freight prepaid.
